Beautiful setting at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside the historic village of Bluemont. Towards the back of the lot the ground is elevated and has scenic views. Soil testing was done 42 years ago near the house and it was found not favorable for a conventional septic system. Times and technology have changed. The land has Not been thoroughly reviewed by soil and septic professionals. It is hoped that the new owner will find a good spot for a septic system.
